The CP Help team has transitioned to the Enterprise Service Centre (ESC).  All help requests must be submitted through the ESC.  To submit a help request to the CP Help Team:

  1. Visit and sign in with your UTORid and password
  2. Select the IT Service Centre
  3. Select Get Help on the main page and then select the Get Help card OR
  4. Use the Global Search and search for Get Help and select the first option to automatically take you to the help form

Once you’ve navigated to the help form, select the following options to ensure the CP Help team receives your request:

  1. Indicate the area in which you are experiencing an issue: Software
  2. Further specify the area: Student Information Systems
  3. Select an application: Other NGSIS Applications
