Requesting Access

Steps for obtaining access to ROSI data

1. Read the Statement Regarding Access to Information and Protection of Privacy
2. Read the SecurID Guidelines
3. Read the instructions and complete the Request for Access to ROSI Data (PDF) form. You can fill out this form directly on screen using the standard Adobe PDF reader.
4. Forward the completed form to your Access Control Representative when requesting access to ROSI, SecurId Card and Degree Navigator.
